Overview:After the reunion of LOK's family, LOK requested KWAN to be his second hand. KWAN refused and LOK was disappointed. JOE'S mother was at ease, as he returned to Hong Kong and stayed with TAY. LOK rewarded JOE by authorizing him more power. WAH BILL had gathered TIN's evidence and gave order to arrest him. KWAN CHI heard it and wanted to restrain him by law.
